Your HSA Debit Card/Authorized Card Holders

You may use your HSA debit card to pay merchants or service providers that accept VISA, so there is no need to pay cash up front, then wait for reimbursement. Your HSA works just like a regular savings or checking account, but with special tax advantages.

Submit this form to add an authorized cardholder to your Health Savings Account. The new authorized cardholder must be at least 13 years of age. Once your form has been submitted, you should receive a document for signature within 1-2 business days.

Shared branches allow our members to conduct certain types of transactions at participating credit union locations throughout the US. With over 5,000 locations, you’re never far from your credit union accounts. There are limits to the types of transactions you can do at a shared branch, so please call ahead to confirm.

If you made a purchase that qualifies as an eligible medical expense, but didn’t use funds from your HSA, you can request a reimbursement from your HSA. Fill out the form below and we will mail a cashier’s check to your address on file within 7-10 business days.
