Implementation Process

Gulf Coast Educators FCU has successfully implemented HSA Administration for several school districts in Texas. We pride ourselves on making the process easy for the school district’s benefits team and the employees who select the HSA option.

Implementation Timeline

Our HSA Administration program can be implemented in a relatively short time frame, which is mostly dependent upon how quickly we receive the data files from the school district or TPA. Minimum data requirements to meet this timeline are:

  • Employee SSN
  • Employee First Name
  • Employee Last Name
  • Employee Address 1
  • Employee Address 2
  • Employee City
  • Employee State
  • Employee Zip
  • Employee Gender
  • Employee Birth Date
  • Employee E-mail
  • Employee Phone Number
  • Employee Marital Status
  • Employee Level (Single or Family)

On-site representation at open enrollment to fully explain the Health Savings Account to district employees.

Online Webinar

Credit union HSA webinar tailored to district to educate employees on the key differences between an HSA and the more widely know FSA.

Email Onboarding

Email communication from school district to employees introducing the HSA if added as a new benefit.
